Who We Help
(and Who We’re Not the Right Fit For)
We’re a great fit for people who:
✔️ Have ongoing joint, tendon, or nerve pain
✔️ Haven’t made progress with PT, injections, or medications
✔️ Want non-surgical options before considering more invasive care
✔️ Are active, working, or trying to stay that way
✔️ Are open to a structured plan — not one-off visits
✔️ Want to understand why their pain isn’t resolving
We may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:
✖️ A quick “pop and go” adjustment
✖️ Pain medications or injections
✖️ Insurance-driven, high-volume care
✖️ One-time treatments without follow-up
✖️ Someone else to manage your health for you
WHY OUR APPROACH IS DIFFERENT
Most pain care focuses on symptoms — not why the problem isn’t healing.
At Las Vegas Regenerative Pain Center, we look at pain differently.
Chronic joint, tendon, and nerve pain usually persists because three things aren’t being addressed at the same time:
1. Tissue health — damaged or scarred tissue that hasn’t fully healed
2. Biomechanics — how joints move, load, and compensate
3. Nervous system signaling — how well the body can coordinate and repair
That’s why we combine regenerative shockwave therapy, targeted chiropractic care, strategic soft-tissue preparation, and bioactive precision peptides into one coordinated plan.
Preparing restricted tissue before regeneration and correction allows each phase of care to work more effectively — not harder.
Instead of chasing pain from visit to visit, we focus on restoring function, improving tissue quality, and creating the conditions your body needs to heal.
Conditions We Commonly See
We work with patients dealing with a wide range of musculoskeletal and nerve-related conditions, especially when pain has lingered despite prior care.
Common concerns include:
Knee pain and degeneration
Plantar fasciitis and heel pain
Shoulder pain, rotator cuff irritation, and tendonitis
Hip pain and bursitis
Achilles tendon pain
Elbow and wrist tendon issues
Chronic neck and back pain
Sciatica and nerve-related leg pain
Peripheral neuropathy
If your condition isn’t listed here, it doesn’t mean we can’t help. Many of our patients come in with complex or overlapping issues that don’t fit neatly into a single category.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit is focused on understanding why your pain hasn’t resolved — not rushing you into care.
We take the time to listen, evaluate, and determine whether our approach is appropriate for your condition.
Your visit typically includes:
A detailed conversation
We review your history, what you’ve tried, what’s helped, and what hasn’t.A focused physical evaluation
We assess movement, joint function, soft tissue quality, and relevant neurological factors.A discussion of findings and options
If our approach makes sense for you, we’ll explain what’s going on and outline a recommended plan.
If not, we’ll be honest and point you in the right direction.Initial care when appropriate
Many patients receive their first regenerative treatment during the initial visit, depending on findings and comfort level.
There is no pressure to commit to care on the first visit. Our role is to help you make an informed decision — not to rush you.
Appointments are by request. We’ll let you know if our approach is a good fit.
